Treatment with injections is an area that evokes strong feelings in both the
receiver and the therapist. It's a great opportunity to confront your own fear
and to develop yourself both as a therapist and as a human being. Injection
therapy is much more than anatomy and technique. Therefor I use the term art.
To develop as a skilled practitioner you have to practice and develop more
sides of yourself.

The injection itself, that is, from the moment the tip of the needle penetrates
the skin to the point when it is outside the body again, is a big challenge in
being emotionally and physically present. It is a strong test of complete
presence and total focus wrapped in deep conciousness and trust in the method
of treatment as well as empathy for the patient.
